Are All Union Agitators This Clueless?

Did you know that, if you work for a boss who tells you what time to arrive and what to do, that your workplace is "basically a dictatorship?" And the solution is to form a union so that you "have power," and if the owner doesn't want to cooperate with the new "employee-run" workplace where everybody shares in the decision making, then he's "against you."

Silly me, I always thought that the guy who owns the business (in the case of the video below, a restaurant) had a RESPONSIBILITY to instruct the workers so that they could do their jobs properly. I didn't know that the workers should seize power and run the business collectively.
